The money is in the list right?!?
Well… actually the money is in your relationship with your list.
I was pretty excited when Infusionsoft introduced a couple of improvements that will help us all track our relationships with our lists better.
Infusionsoft added a new email status called “Unengaged Marketable”.
Also, Infusionsoft added the ability to view the last time someone engaged with your content.
So what is considered engagement by a contact?
Engagement is defined according to Infusionsoft as one or more of the following actions: opening an email, clicking a link in an email or submitting a landing page or web form.
Why is this important?
Well, this is particularly relevant if you’re spending money on running ads to get more leads on your list, or even any effort bringing prospects in, you don’t want this to be for nothing.
It’s critical that not only are you engaging with them, but they are also engaging with you.
Check out this video below on how to identify the leads that are unengaged on your list.
Don’t waste your money with these contacts getting cold.
In this video I will talk you through how you can find them and how you can easily monitor them on your dashboard.
Think about what you can potentially do to re-engage these contacts.
Some may be leads some may be current or even old customers, what can you do to re-engage with them?
Here the link to Infusionsoft’s article with additional details on unengaged marketable email status.
Check out your list now it will only take a few minutes.
What percentage of your list is Unengaged Marketable? (You can calculate this by the number of unengaged marketable contacts / your database size).
What would be a great goal to work towards for improving your relationship with your list and by when?
A lot of businesses think they need more leads, but actually, you may just need to re-engage with your existing contacts.
It’s time to re-engage your contacts!
