In this video I’m going to show you how to find your queued contacts in campaigns, so that you can identify where leads may be stuck and not proceeding as they haven’t achieved the desired next step/goal.
Think about the campaigns that you have live right now, in particular your lead generation campaigns. This is a good place to start.
For example we’ve had clients come to us who are paying for advertisements on facebook for these leads to be taken to a free report. They opt in and they’re offered a free session but they don’t take it up. It’s cost you to get that lead into your database and if they just sit there and you’re no longer talking to them, you’re essentially just throwing your money away.
A lot of clients that we work with fill these gaps via two main methods.
The first approach is that they set the expectation that a new lead will be added to their newsletter so they will continue to receive regular communication. Alternatively, if you find your queued contacts haven’t been engaged for a while, send them a one off broadcast to touch base with them and add some value (this of course implies that they have given permission). Finally, if after a period of time they don’t take necessary action, another option is you kick off a new campaign for them e.g. a nurture campaign.
If you have presented an offer (free or low cost) to a lead multiple times and they haven’t taken it up, perhaps it’s time to stop offering them that and take them on a different path?
