Keap Pro/Max users have been given an important update to include Advanced Automation History on their contact records – WOO HOO!!
Here’s 5 reasons why this is awesome news for you …
- See History – you can check what’s happened recently for the contact – including the timing of actions.
- See What’s Upcoming – This is one of the most beneficial inclusions, this will help you to see what’s happening in the current sequence.
- Push Actions – if you want to resend an email/apply an action that’s already past, or if you want to do the same for a future action, then this functionality will now let you do this.
- Stop Actions – You also can stop future actions with the current sequence. For example, you don’t want the contact to receive a particular email.
- Save Time Testing – If you have a sequence with emails scheduled over a period of hours, days, weeks or longer, then you don’t need to wait for timers to test. You can push the emails (and other actions) to go immediately. (Super helpful for testing – before you needed to duplicate the sequence and remove timers or wait for the time to hit – yuck!).
This functionality has been included in Max Classic forever (or a very long time at least), so I’m delighted that Keap has rolled this out to Keap Pro/Max users as well.
Please note, the history is limited to the last 30 days or 25 items (including goals, sequences, timers, tags, notes, and emails etc).

Hope this feature helps you (and you’re as excited as I am about this update)!
