After a recent improvement in Infusionsoft, we have seen at least one customer impacted by their ABN not populating on their tax invoice from Infusionsoft Ecommerce.
Be sure to watch this video it will only take 5 minutes to check and avoid any major issues if your invoices aren’t compliant particularly with the Australian Tax Office.
We came across one customer and after we had stored their ABN in the Tax ID, this wasn’t brought across to the new home of where this field belongs.
