I got Infusionsoft (now known as Keap), all the way back in 2012.
It was my first experience of a CRM/Marketing Automation platform. I was blown away by what was possible.

But… I didn’t know how to make it happen.

In fact, one day I recall being at my computer in tears. Thinking that despite having two degrees, I had no idea how to do something in campaign builder… gosh, did I feel stupid!

I didn’t know anyone else locally that used Keap to ask and ended up paying for some one-on-one help from a very limited pool of consultants that were available in Australia. After that experience, I was focused on training myself up over the next 2 years so I could be self-sufficient with Keap.

Then, in 2014, I sat a 6-hour exam to became one of the first Keap Certified Partners in Australia.

Streamline For Success was then officially born and I made it my mission is to help users to get more out of the software. So, businesses could leverage the power of automation to save time, capture more leads, convert additional sales, design a predictable journey that could see more local businesses grow.

Absolutely, we have designed our membership to cater for users who are just starting out, to our more advanced users. When you join, you’ll be guided to our onboarding questionnaire. This will help us both understand where you’re at and what resources are best going to support you initially to see some wins.

Our membership is focused on both strategy and implementation, if that is done by two different people in the business, we recommend you sign up with 2 active members. Is it necessary? No, but highly recommend that there will be a greater impact to your business if you do.

No. Our member’s area, community and webinar are all based on unique links and/or logins, therefore if you have more than one team member who will benefit from the content, you will need additional staff access. You can access the discount for additional staff members at time of purchasing. You can potentially add a team member later, but please note it will be subject to the latest monthly price and may not be discounted.

For those on a multiple user membership, yes you can on the odd occasion that someone leaves your business or changes role after your initial sign up. We highly encourage everyone to join live, as these are interactive sessions, and we can go into detail and know you get more value being there live and asking questions as they come up. However, we understand that might not be possible. You can submit your questions beforehand, and we will record the sessions, so you’ll have access to them afterward.
In order to make sure we have all the information to cover your questions in our monthly Q&As, we ask all members to complete a quick online form. This ensures we have all the details, plus your consent to share in our group environment if you wish. Of course, if you don’t wish to share, that’s completely fine, we can talk more broadly about your topic/question or setup if you wish to keep your request confidential.
We only have limited spots and only open up a few times per year. We are currently not putting membership on hold. If you wish to cancel, please reach out at least 14 days before the next renewal. There is no minimum monthly commitment, and you can cancel anytime, we just ask you request 14 days before your next renewal date. We are big believers, the more you put into a program, the more you can get out of it. We believe your success in Keap, in your business and your education is an ongoing investment.
We don’t have any confirmed dates when we will open again. Once we close we focus on supporting our new members and then look at opening up perhaps again later in the year.
