Yes. You may have a staff member on your team dedicated to learning and implementing Infusionsoft. However, we also cover strategy and other areas that we know adds value to the business owners that we work with. Therefore we recommend arranging two members access in that scenario.
No. Our member’s area, Facebook Group, as well as webinars are all based on unique links and logins, therefore if you have more than one team member who will benefit from the content, you will need additional staff access. You can access the discount for additional staff members if you arrange at the time of purchasing.
We actively encourage everyone to join live, as these are interactive sessions and we can go into detail and know you get more value being there live and asking questions as they come up. However, we understand sometimes things come up. You can submit your questions beforehand, and we will record the sessions, so you’ll have access to them afterward.
The simple answer is no. We want to continue offering this membership at an affordable rate, and we don’t want to increase this fee to cover admin costs of managing staff access. (Of course, if someone permanently leaves your business, then we can remove and replace them with a newly nominated staff member).
All questions are to be submitted via our online forum for two main reasons – so we can manage the conversation in one central place, PLUS so others (and you) can also learn (as typically if one person has the question, someone else does as well). If there is a topic of a confidential nature, on a rare occasion, you can email, however, this will be addressed in the group environment (without any names mentioned) so everyone can learn from the experience.
