Monthly Planning Session
This (up to) 90 minute session is designed to understand your current business priorities in light of your overall goals. This will ensure an effective and agreeable plan for us to go away and implement your key deliverables for you over the month.
Monthly Deliverables
Here are some examples of monthly deliverables we achieve each month:
- Plug Setup, Integration & Infusionsoft Setup & 1 campaign (e.g. DynamicSync & AppCore), OR

Monthly Project Coordination
After our monthly planning session, we will help coordinate inputs from you and/or your team. For example, landing page are created and integrated with Infusionsoft, email copy is provided to us and added to the right sequences. Once input and setup has been completed, we will also ensure that everything from the Infusionsoft side is tested and working as intended.
Monthly Implementation
During the month we will implement the agreed deliverables, whether it be a supported plugin setup, campaign, module setup and/or something else. Our delivery approach is ensuring that it is not only setup (with input from other team members (e.g. copy/landing pages etc), but we will also conduct testing to ensure it works before handing it over.
Monthly Client Session
Some months there may be a need for an additional hour session during the month to gather additional requirements, gain feedback/obtain decisions or conduct additional training. Your busy and so are we busy implementing for clients like you, so we will manage this on a monthly basis if this is worthwhile.

Terms & Conditions
Commitment – A minimum commitment of 3 months is required for this program (however we seriously want to partner with you long term to help you achieve your results, in fact most of our clients who engage with us in this capacity are with us for a lot longer, and we’d love for you to be as well). After that you can cancel anytime prior to your next billing date.
Deliverables – in order for us to deliver throughout the month, input from you and/or your team is required in a timely/agreed manner. Any delays, may result in no or partial deliverables for the month and we don’t want that (that doesn’t help you or us to get more results for you). If there is a delay, then the next month we either move on (as perhaps it wasn’t that important anyway?) or that deliverable is now a deliverable that month (note that this isn’t an additional deliverable)
